About the event

-Mindfulness Tips

- Personalized Nutrition Plan

- 2 in person days of Weight Lifting

With a focus on balance, flexibility and strategic nutrition, we will build the curves and snatch in a few inches!  There will be two days of guided weight lifting and 1-2 days of independent lifting. 


  • 30 days 1 hour

    Workouts- WEDNESDAY'S 6:30-7:30 pm & SATURDAY'S 9:30am- 10:30am
