Join us for Pause & Paint- This peaceful experience will capture the beautiful essence of tranquility, movement, art and good eats. If you desire a space to show up, disconnect and recharge, this event just for you! This event includes 30 minutes of movement, hydration station, stretching and breathing techniques, guided or solo painting canvas and a mimosa bar.
